Processing & Shipping Times

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Orders are typically prepared and packed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) before shipment. Once your package has been dropped off with the carrier, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location.

Shipping estimates provided by USPS or other carriers are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Shipping Information

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. Alexis Coloring Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check all shipping information before placing your order.

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order through our Contact page. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been packed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered delivered.


International Orders, Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by Alexis Coloring Studio.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order cancellations or changes may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase. This includes shipping address updates and order modifications.

Because processing begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once packaging or fulfillment has started.

Separate orders cannot be combined after checkout.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page so we can review the situation.


Pricing, Promotions & Discounts

Prices, sales, bundles, discounts, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.

Orders placed before a sale or promotion begins are not eligible for partial refunds, retroactive discounts, or price adjustments.

Please note that slight variations in color, print placement, packaging, or materials may occur. These small differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

We are always working to improve our products, packaging, and overall customer experience, so product details may occasionally change over time.


Artwork Submissions

By submitting artwork, photos, or coloring pages to Alexis Coloring Studio, you confirm that the content belongs to you or that you have permission to share it.

By submitting artwork through our website, you grant Alexis Coloring Studio permission to feature your submission on our website, social media pages, promotional content, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
